About Our Service
DivorceBuddy is a document preparation service operated by Be Unicorn LLC. We provide technology to help you prepare court forms for uncontested divorces in California.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We Are Not Lawyers
DivorceBuddy is NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services. We cannot recommend whether you should pursue a divorce or which legal options are best for your situation. If you need legal advice, please consult with a licensed attorney.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using DivorceBuddy does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Be Unicorn LLC or any affiliated parties. Communications with our AI assistant or support team are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

When using DivorceBuddy, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Review all generated documents carefully before filing
- Comply with all applicable laws and court rules
- Not use the service for contested divorces or complex legal situations
- Not use the service if you have safety concerns, domestic violence issues, or restraining orders
- Understand that you are responsible for filing documents with the court
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and the legal consequences of filing divorce documents.
